For example.. This is a real story, however it was not through BitWine. The customers name was changed for safety purposes, but the customer did sell the wristbands :D

Joe wants to make a site about his company, which sells Wristbands, such as the Livestrong ones.

Kyle - Okay, well I reccomend BoldChat, or LivePerson. Boldchat has a completely FREE version for an unlimited time.

Joe - Cool!
Kyle - Yes, and BoldChat also has a paid feature.. however if you want to pay.. I would reccomend LivePerson, as they have a more professional service.

Joe - Okay, well, have you used this service before?
Kyle - Yes, I have. I've used it on over 3 of the sites I've made.
Joe - Woah, how many sites have you made?
Kyle - More than 10.. :D
Joe - Okay, great.. so what can I do with LivePerson?
Kyle - Well, when a new visitor arrives, you can see where they came from, and you can see what they look at.

Joe - PERFECT!
Kyle - Yes, and you can get a button to put on every page you wish, so customers can speak with you, and you will be able to know what they have been looking at. From there you can ask specifically what they are looking for, and you can even redirect the browser to that site automatically!!

Joe - Okay, and do they have to click the button to speak with me?
Kyle - Absolutely not :D You can initiate a chat with the customer.
Joe - Great! Thanks Kyle!

.... a month later, Joe's business was booming... he sent me an e-mail. It read.
